The Lend and Tend website may use cookies to verify its visitors' identity to provide services related to the use of Groups. However, it should be noted that Lend and Tend currently operates in the Square Space service-based content management system, which means that cookies may be used in accordance with Square Space's aims. It should be noted that cookies can also be used to further the aims of individuals, for example, to develop a mobile app, that each visitor may use for the purpose of being Patch-Matched and communicating via existing Lend and Tend social media channels. Cookies set by and for Square Space service-based content management system are outside the control of Lend and Tend and is subject to Square Space's privacy policy.
Children
Children may participate in garden-sharing with Lend and Tend only with the permission and supervision of their parents and/or guardians (Lender or Tender). LendandTend.com does not intend to collect any information from individuals under the age of 13.

There are occasions when we will ask for additional information, such as when you apply to become Patch-Matched and register your interest to garden-share or make a donation to Lend and Tend. We will not sell or exchange your personal information at any time. We may collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to improve our Web site and better meet your needs.
