Once you’ve registered to Lend or Tend a garden, you’ll be informed when a Patch-Match is available. If the match is right for you, then you can redeem your Patch-Match credit to confirm the match. This credit permits one single match with one other party. Should you wish to be rematched at a later stage, you’ll either need to buy another Patch-Match credit or you can buy annual membership (£24) which permits unlimited matches.
